Beginner Yoga at Alchemy® is a safe class designed to introduce yoga to the new Yogi! This is a class that offers a space to begin your journey with others who are new to yoga, just like you. Taught at at beginner level we offer poses, breathwork and mindfulness based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. We look forward to showing you the amazing feeling that accompanies one of our classes.
