About the event
Winter can feel heavy - emotionally, energetically, and physically. Many of us are running on low reserves while still showing up for everyone else.
This winter, instead of pushing through, Rachel will be offering a 3-month Reiki series designed to support grounding, regulation, and steadiness through the colder months.
Rachel is making 8 spots available for her Winter Grounding Reiki Series - one 90 minute session per month for three consecutive months at a reduced rate, designed to help you stay rooted and regulated through winter.
