Service Description

*Now at MacBain Centre Our Kids Yoga Program is about exploration, sharing and feeling ALIVE . Little Yogi's is a form of modern yoga designed for children where they learn poses to increase their strength, flexibility, and coordination along with mental & emotional regulation. Yoga class is fun and age appropriate. Registration is based on an 8 Week Program. Newcomers are always welcome to join!
