This is a class designed to celebrate and feel grateful for the body you've been given; just as it is. Alchemy celebrates and welcomes every single body type in every single class that we offer. And we also recognize that those who struggle with their weight (overweight, underweight, body dysmorphia) may find yoga more approachable in a class that explores the nature of body awareness.
