This class is taught by, Ashley, a fun, energetic Yoga Teacher who has a special ability to make yoga light-hearted and effective for your teen to learn and then practice in real life.
Help your teen learn the valuable techniques of Yoga in order to thrive in the demanding world that we live in so they feel strong in mind and body!
Class begins January 9th and runs every Wednesday for 8 weeks from 6:45 - 7:45pm.
