Our Little Yogi's Program is all about fun activities to do for their mind and body!
Yoga for kids is a bit different than adults. We twist, we turn, we bend, we stretch. We learn yoga poses that strengthen & build strong, flexibile bodies, all while having fun! There is so much to learn about your body when you're little! Your child will take a lot away from each and every yoga practice!
Suitable for ages 4-12. Our Little Yogi's Session is on Tuesdays from 4:00 - 4:50pm
