Mom and Baby Yoga is a great way to get out of cabin fever mode and chat with other new Mom's about your changing worlds. Yoga is a very important part of healing after the birth. Beginning to strengthen your body in a gentle way following pregnancy is necessary for the demands of being a Momma. Regardless of how many weeks post pardum, you begin where your body is ready and go from there.
This class is designed to have different elements. Fun time for Baby. Time to connect with your little one. Time to connect with other moms. Time to strengthen and relax your body. And also, time to strengthen your mind and focus.
