Mom and Baby Yoga is a great way to get out of the house after the changing lives of you and your little one. Socializing with other Mom's and having adult conversation is such an important part of healing after the birth.
Also important is beginning to strengthen your body in a gentle way following pregnancy. Regardless of how many weeks post pardum, you begin where your body is ready and go from there.
It's a class that is meant to have different elements. Fun time for Baby. Time to connect with your little one. Time to connect with other moms. Time to strengthen your body and work out any kinks. And also, time to strengthen your mind and focus.
Classes run on Fridays for 8 weeks @ 11:00-11:45am.
